Política de Environmental, and Health and Safety Policy

The Management of TXT Ingeniería S.L., in its role of providing:

“CONSULTING AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCTING OF STUDIES, PROJECTS, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE IN CONSTRUCTION CONTROL AND SURVEILLANCE, AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATION DURING THE EXECUTION OF WORKS.”

Considers the execution of its activities and service delivery with a high degree of quality, respect for the environment, and commitment to occupational safety as the fundamental pillars of its management. Consequently, it establishes, implements, and maintains an updated Integrated Management System based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards to comply with the Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health and Safety Policy.

Therefore, Management establishes the following core pillars:

Ensure full customer satisfaction by always providing proper treatment and going the extra mile.
Maintain the human, technological, and material resources necessary to ensure the continuous improvement of our services.
Ensure the competence, experience, and training of employees to achieve the highest quality in our service delivery.
Comply with legal requirements, those established by applicable regulations, and any others the organization subscribes to, while taking into account environmental aspects and occupational risks.
Reduce environmental impacts derived from our business activity.
Commit to environmental protection, including pollution prevention and other specific commitments relevant to the organization's context. This includes reducing—whenever possible—the consumption of energy and natural resources, waste generation, and air, water, and soil pollution, ensuring that inevitably produced waste is managed properly.
Commit to providing safe and healthy working conditions to prevent work-related injuries and health deterioration, tailored to the purpose, size, and context of the organization, as well as the nature of its Occupational Health and Safety risks and opportunities.
Commit to eliminating hazards and reducing risks regarding Occupational Health and Safety.
Commit to the consultation and participation of workers.

The Management of TXT Ingeniería S.L. commits to organizing, developing, and monitoring the programs and/or actions necessary within the company for the continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System. Likewise, it commits to motivating and involving employees and stakeholders to achieve the established objectives and goals, improving environmental performance and safety during work execution.

All of our suppliers are hereby informed that they will be subject to a continuous evaluation system based on the logging of incidents occurring with each supply. This integrated policy is reviewed annually and made available to all interested parties.
